earlier - the older the better!)
2.All of them need to have a PageRank of AT LEAST 2 !
3.there has to be SOME traffic on the site

I'm not very good at evaluating domains ... but honestly speaking, with $3000 I doubt you will find 1 domain to satisfy all your requests. Anyways ... wish you good luck
