Changing already listed free site?

Linklist owners,

Is it allowed (small) change to already listed free site?

I meant to create HUB (I didn't think about that before)... for example, to put link to HUB instead one sponsor link?

.... or I will get banned?

As long as you stay within the rules eg: 3 max outgoing links - then changes are fine..
