Sitedepth CMS gone to complete shit ???
I bought a copy back in a day 2005 i was pretty happy but things forced me go out of a business that where beyond my control now i got back into it with full force, of course i remained on good terms with omar talking with him on msn ones a while and him pressing me to back into the trade.
Anyway i got serious to fully dedicated myself back into a game bought unlimited domain version since i'm going to have couple sites to start. He made me a deal on a unlimited license version which was still way more money they an AWIZ well thats beyond the point right now. I western union the cash to him and it took couple days delay to get my stuff installed he logged into my server on a same day and made 2 folders for sdepth and telling me work in progress couple days came by and it was installed. But after it was installed let me tell you 0 absolute fucken 0 support i emailed emailed did everything i could to get in contact with him absolutely nothing, so fine then i log into into the cms my cms gets corrupt license error!!!! then i freaked and called him at his phone number he gave me for a western union transfer. he shortly logged in and fix error with license. My tech had some issues with design integration because I'm going very personalized approach 0 mean 0 heart beat from therm. I'm really pissed off and ticked off at the issue of them treating me like this, i did my research a bit more in depth and found awiz which i contacted and for half of price he charged me they are offering so much more shit !!!! has anyone had similar experience ? My last email to omar was send my $350 down payment directly to AWIZ because this so called software of your has more bugs then anything else i seen or used and yet you offer 0 fucken support!!!!!!!!! Has anyone had similar experience? |

off topic:
I understand that you're from 'back in a day', but things have changed, and it's probably not a good idea for you to have 'd*sney' and 'b*rbie' in your metas Last edited by emmanuelle; 2007-07-05 at 05:07 PM.. |

Emmanuelle is right. Whoever created your meta tags is one sick individual. Was that you?

If you don't feel like a complete asshole for the way in which you handled this situation, you should.

How a meta tag on your own site could stun you, stuns me
But then again I don't have designers.

I don't really know you amber, but I think the way you handled this situation is totally uncool. I think you're well within your right to complain and to talk about it in the community here, and I'm not the community police, but the way you handled this situation makes me not want to help you if I ever can. I would hate to give you FREE advice or tip on how to do something and then you lose data for whatever reason and blast me on the board like this. You said some things that tarnish this guys reputation. I don't even know what sitedepth or awiz is, but between your grammar (which is a minor thing because we're all from different places), the meta tags you know nothing about, and the way you flew off the handle then try to apologize for it makes you an asshole in my book. You need to work on your tact and some diplomacy skills. I'm glad you worked it out and no one feels fucked, but damn, there are better ways to solve a problem. Blasting them on a message board is borderline extortion in my book...

you need some patience to have any amount of success in this business. sometimes things jus take longer than we want them to.

I saw weird stuff in that place last night. Weird, strange, sick, twisted, eerie, godless, evil stuff. And I want in

1st. communication, nobody is ever online exactly when you need them, and same for them, you are never online when they need you 2nd, people are just generally lazy, whether designer, programmer, hosting etc etc, majority of all that i deal with online in my 10yrs are mostly MUCH slower on getting things done, and dont meet their deadlines (and i've tried hundreds of companies/ppl, both trusted and risky) |

The meta tags are designed to lure children to the site and only a sick fuck would do that. The first post was nothing but a childish emotional blow up. Then comes the exact reverse. This person needs more then just patience and I hope those meta tags are changed ASAP. |

Granted this is a few days old thread, but I'd like to just chime in. I use sitedepth and Alfredo's been more than cool with me. True, the responsetimes could be better for support questions (then again I'm used to phatservers instant support replies *kiss ass*).
However, I was a true pain in sitedepths ass, especially the coder Alfredos. I demanded the most peculiar things, from customizing the script to duplicating the data entries among various sites and such. He did everything I asked for and for a very modest price, and had the attitude "Customer is always right". No personal contact with Omar, so I can't comment on that. However, I don't like when someone attacks a company that I feel is a good one. Not everything can go smoothly always. For example, people praise strongbox protection, but I had my share of problems with it (all sorted now though). Even good people make mistakes, it's just a goddamn shame if it happens to YOU. /end ranting |

I don't think that anyone takes this obviously disturbed individual seriously.

Well you know boys, a nuclear reactor is a lot like women. You just have to read the manual and press the right button
