I'm not interested in the facts, I'm interested in my opinion.

WTF is up with these processing fees?!?!?
I have noticed that a few companies have a very small processing fee that takes a couple of bucks off my total. No biggie deal, that's the cost of doing business. Totally understandable.
Then there are some that sick it up my ass. Why would processing my checks or my account be so much more just because I am making good money with them? Do people put in more time and work longer hours on my account because I am doing better with them? Hell most of the checks I get are just processed through a computer anyway. For this I have to pay $50 to get them processed? I bust my ass to make sales with them and now it's like I am getting penalized for using them. These days, if I see a processing fee based on a percentage, I usually don't even bother signing up. It totally pisses me off. I help these people become millionaires and they screw me out of money on every check. And then there are some who don't have one at all! They work it right into their payouts. (Can you tell my begining of the months checks just came in yesterday?) |

I agree. I've used dozens of different programs over the years, normally I try to use recurring, and now normally only promote those that pay me what they told me when I signed up. Or more, thanks LFP

You think 10% is bad, I am using one that charges 13.5%.
The real bitch of it is, they used to pay through epoch and the charges were much less. Now they've switched to sending out their own checks and I have to take this big a cut? Bah. |pissed|

That's interesting. I've not used a program that does that, with the exception of passing on wire transfer fees. There are plenty of programs that don't pass fees on, so it doesn't really seem like a smart move to retain webmasters.
