Did a Google search re the 1803 update. One thing popped up in multiple forums.
Disable any anti-virus that may be running before installing the update. |

Ran the troubleshooter again & it can't find anything. Installed the Realtek drivers Dell said might fix it & nothing. So I checked for Windows updates & it found 4:It's stable now & I have work to do, so I'll probably wait until tonight to reboot & since those all say 1803 I'll disable Norton before I reboot Is progress you can't see still progress? |

I have an idea, so I'm just going to toss this out there.
Have you tried rebooting?
