Aw, Dad, you've done a lot of great things, but you're a very old man, and old people are useless

No longer listed in google

Help! At one time my site http://www.Filthy-Frank.com was listed on page two for the search term "Gangbangs" Now I am no longer listed at all. I have not been removed from their index but no longer appear in the SERP. Can anyone help me and let me know what happened and what I can do about it. I thought I may have been penalized for duplicate content. I fixed it and applied for reconsideration. It has been a few weeks and nothing has changed. My site is still being crawled by the Google robot. Thanks for any help you can give me.

And Lord, we are especially thankful for nuclear power, the cleanest, safest
energy source there is. Except for solar, which is just a pipe dream

Hard to say... the Google gods have some strange magic.

I had a number one spot for a relative decent keyword stay at the #1 spot for months, then all of a sudden it started dropping a few spots with each Google update until it was finally completely buried and never to be seen again. It was a static site that I never changed.

It seems that Google constantly updates and changes their algorithms, so it's really the luck of the draw where you end up in the listings, it can easily change with each Google update.

The biggest factor seems to be backlinks, not quantity, but quality.

As much as it may hurt, it makes more sense that that site doesn't rank well for such a popular keyword. You're much better off optimizing for 2 and 3 word phrases while keeping your fingers crossed for better single-word terms.

Well, this happened to one of my blogs before... I just kept on link building till it came back to it's place/rank... or, it's just google updating the SERPs (again).

After clicking the link to filthy frank, I kinda doubt it.
