This is just stupid question, but...

Which niche is overused today ?
Which needed to be filled up ?

I'm submitting in lesbian niche, but for my 35K uniques was only 1 subscription...

It doesn't really have anything to do with the niche. The surfers are there waiting to buy. It has more to do with "your sales technique" than anything else.

Since you have already mentioned you have trouble with English that points directly to what I'm saying.

Read lots of American magazines and get a feel for how they speak in their ads. Which words they use and how they place them in the ad.

I think its rather a sponsor fault, try to find an original site and promote it with text that will tell the surfer why its so unique and why he should visit it. Anyway ratio as bad as 1:35000 is very very bad. A friend of mine builds freesites without any knowledge of english, full of blind links and txts generated by polish-english translator

and that guy still gets sales!!!. I think marketing texts are very important but without a good converting sponsor, you still wont get many sales

35K uniques to my free sites, not sponsor.

To sponsor, by their statistic (2nd page click) is only 1:330 ratio...

I'm novice, and don't know normal it or no...

1:330 is a normal ratio. i think the problem is getting the surfers from your freesite to the sponsor.

There's not a single text link to a sponsor on it only banners. Banners don't work anymore these days, you really should try to put some catchy text links on your sites.
I have over 1000 clicks to a sponsor from a freesite that I only submitted about a week ago and has gotten 6k visitors or so by using mainly textlinks.

I agree with surfn it dont depend on the niche. it depends on the content you use even with 1000 sites in a niche you still can have that site which has just have that little extra to talk the surfer into your sponsor

I would have made that site a pornstar site - since you are pushing a pornstar sponsor - the lesbian action is fine - but since you are sending the surfer to a pornstar paysite it would be better to get it listed in the pornstar categories - and use text to push it as pornstar

I dont think the reviewers would let it through because of the sponsor content - I didnt see it submitted - so really cant check

Mila, take the tour of the site you are promoting. Check every page. They usually has catchy text and you can use that text in your free site because you are promoting them.

Some webmasters can write text links of their own, some can't. Sometimes I can, but many times not, because I build sites for every niche I can find and I can't like them all and there is many niches I know nothing about. So, I take the tour and pick the text I think will sell.

I like to use the compilation of banner and text. I like odd banners best, but use horizontal if I can't find odd. I have also made experiments with vertical banners without text. In the long run they sell, but text is better.

Anyway, keep building. More sites you have more cash you will earn. These days are hard, but sign-ups will come. Those days when you put up a gallery or free site and posted it and next day you had 10-30 signups are gone. I was lucky to live it. Not from the start, but last years anyway.

That's not how you should view it.

There are a lot of free loaders who are too young to have a credit card or people who simply never intend to pay.

But you want the guy with the credit card who doesn't have all day to go through every free site listed.

You HAVE to sell the backend...meaning - you want people to understand if they like your free pics then he'll LOVE the GIGS of content that he specifically likes and will have access to 24/7.

The surfer may have done a Yahoo or google search for 'lesbian sex' and found the link list that way...but they are primed and ready to join.

You must use much more text. Many surfers use programs that will never even allow banners to be shown.

Good luck. It's there if you want it bad enough.
