Up early as The Bitch is driving to her home office about 5 hours away for their yearly profit sharing party. It's been around 10% but who knows with

Who knows - maybe that will increase her bonus & cover the money we're going to lose on his caps on property taxes

Got a showing request for the house yesterday afternoon for 1-2 today. Just what I need with her 5 hours away

but the house is basically ready, I just need to tidy a few things up
