CCBill's Cascade Management

Any idea how long it takes CCBill to set-up their cascading system? Sure, I could email them and ask directly, but since my previous two emails requesting the system to be added to my account have gone unanswered, it seems rather silly to bother.

Or perhaps there is something I'm missing?

By the way, not that I'm at all aggravated, it would have been nice for someone at CCBill to reply to my emails with a simple navigational path to the cascade management system rather than tossing them. After all, if a client is requesting (TWICE) to have the system installed, it probably means that he doesn't know that it's already there.

Oh, it would have also been nice if I had been told that CCBill does not cascade to Verotel since I mentioned them by name in both of my original inquires.

CCBILL have added us to their cascade management recently, hit me up if you would like me to send your their documentation concerning this...
