20120612 - 164th day of the year
Worked a bit more on the Android app than expected and cleaned up a bunch of small issues. Today, on to IOS. Downloaded the IOS 6.0 beta - Passbook looks really interesting.
18 years ago today, someone with the same size shoes as OJ, but much smaller hands, using a knife from the company that OJ owned part of, killed Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson. Other than that, I've got nothing. Hope everyone has a good Tuesday.

iOS 6 looks really nice. Still can't believe that Apple stopped making a 17" laptop though.
Still dealing the lingering effects of whatever it was that we both caught last week. Don't feel sick anymore but still really weak and Christy seems to have gotten even worse. Today should be a gym day but not sure if it is a good idea to go or not. Going to do some work and see how I feel in a few hours. Other than that I still have one four hour on going education course to do, did the other four hour course yesterday, so may start on that today and just get it over with. This course is on indoor air quality. |

Good Morning
About ready to head to the day job and then the movies after work. First time to the movies in months. I really need to start taking time away from work besides grandson visits. |

Batman can go to Las Vegas without Robin. No courses or colds here. I will though be picking up my new, used 2011 smart fortwo cabriolet today. My son scoffs at me and says, "you could have just about any car you want why would buy that?" I think it's because it a greener car and gadget like. At the Ontario Science Centre, there used to be an exhibit of "the car of the future". As a young boy, I used to be fascinated by the design. It looked a lot like a smart car but had a second two seats facing backward. Loved that car. Oh yeah, I am cheap too. Nothing but the same old here. We have a new dog and I am not getting a whole lot of sleep but she is a labour of love. Have a great day (while O.J. keeps on looking for the killer from Lovelock NV)! Morning all. So excited about tomorrow! We are going to see a movie, then going to a pirate re-dedication/wedding and meeting Grandma Scrotum, and then going to dinner with friends. It just doesn't get any better than that. Today I plan on making a bunch of kale chips to take to the movies (since I don't think there is a single snack I could purchase that didn't have a dairy product, artificial sweetener, or wheat in it) and do some porn. I'm getting better about work since my sister's ordeal, but I need to add working out to my schedule. It is like sister goes into the hospital = ADD is 1000 times worse then ever before. Have a good one all!

Time to go spend too much on a laptop today or tomorrow. After 6 years of still using the same mac pro and macbook laptop. Just need a thunderbolt display though that has the new style power adapter size. edit: kinda jealous that I'm not at wwdc. I went maybe around 5 years ago. It's so much fun. Oh well. Maybe next year. Now need iphone 5 to come out. Anyway. Time to try and make some money. Lots of coding to handle plus a new wordpress blog project for a client. Have a good one. Good evening,
Nothing special to report today. My DVR is getting full but I can't find time to watch any of the recorded shows due to the European soccer championship. I need to get myself a smartphone somewhere in the near future so I can catch up with all this android/apps and whatelse stuff Too bad most of those phones will die within a week with the kind of work I do when I'm not behind the computer Have a nice day all! |

Up late last night watching the Kings win The Stanley Cup, hence me moving a bit slow today. More Free Site building for me, followed by watching Cleo's team take on OKC tonight |

I do not care for the coupe version but I do like this one. I just wish it was rear wheel drive as a proper roadster should be.

I haven't driven one yet. I took the coupe with an automatic for a test drive and loved how small the car was, like driving a go-kart, but really couldn't get a feel for the car it being an automatic. I like that the Minis have run flat tires. |

Try the S with the paddle shifters. Test drove one of those a while back and it was a rocket. I don't think the dealer was really happy with my driving style, but, it was an extremely fun car.

If money wasn't so tight I'd get a new Vette with a 7 speed stick. I really enjoy driving a stick shift car. Spotted this driving to the gym. I think it is the two seater Mini hardtop. |

Cleo, that is the coupe I am talking about. It looks better in person then in pics but I prefer the top down roadster. Also, like you I prefer to row thru the gearbox. If ya like go kart feeling, rear drive, manual gear box you might want to try the Mazda MX-5. Not fast in a straight line but a blast thru the curves. |
