It's Friday, yah! Not sure what that means exactly lol. Work for me all day then going to a dance thing for my daughter and her school tonight. Coffee is on but gonna need a refill soon.

Good Friday Morning

Work all day as usual but I need to go to the grocery store. Cupboards are getting a little low plus I have 2 birthday parties to deal with over the next few days that I have to do. I miss my wife, she normally does all this. Probably squeeze in a movie tonight but will most likely be on the laptop as well.

Got up this morning to the news that the local council and European elections were a major victory for a newish right wing, bordering on racist, party (everywhere except London where, apparently, we have more sense). Fortunately the local councils only have local power, they don't make laws, and the European parliament is made up of politicians from all EU countries, so no one country's party has any major say alone. But next year we have an election for the national government, and if we get similar results then, the country is fucked!
