Honest Opinion Needed of first attempt at site!

Hi

I am a total novice, have managed to get a site done by learning as I go but really would value some advice and opinions from some experienced webmasters.

Basically is this any good at all?

Would like to know before wasting my time doing similar ones and trying to get some traffic and trades etc

You have successfully made a fake tgp/banner farm. That site won't ever make you any money and the design screams late 90's.

You need to pick a model and research it before starting to design a site.

why would anyone return to your site after visiting it?
Porn surfers have seen all those FHG's before, they won't convert too well.
I doubt you will have luck trading traffic, you have nothing to offer another site in return for the link.

may i suggest starting a blog?

Wish I had asked before I started lol, least you sort of confirmed what I actually thought myself.

Its an OK start for just starting out. But I wouldn't expect too many webmasters to be knocking on the door for a trade. You're going to have to push traffic to it yourself.

But as Balls_Deep suggested, you could have easily turned to the "blog" style site and made it a big tit movie blog - which you still can do. It would get your feet wet, and also bring some traffic to your posts and therefore to your affiliate galleries.

You've got the right concept get as many links in front of the surfer as possible, but honestly in that format I don't think you'll get many staying around. It just screams "you have to buy something"..todays' surfers are far too savvy for that.

Don't give up though. You can learn plenty from this board and the people on it. But just be forewarned - ask for an honest opinion and you will certainly get one or a dozen.

I can tell you that I surfed your site in my firefox browser and it breaks apart.The second your page loaded,I had that 'fuck this shit' gut feeling and wanted to immediately close the window.Sure I'm too lazy to check out your site in IE to see if it loads right but it doesn't matter anyhow because your site should be viewable in both IE and FF without a problem.

Keep reading,experiment with different stuff and post your results.Don't feel stupid that you didn't build the greatest porn site ever on your first shot.One thing you did do right - You found Greenguy and Jim's.If this board can't whip you into shape,your in the wrong business.

I have a small escort agency in Scotland that I have a site for, that gets couple hundred hits per day, thought would try something a bit different and try the porn route to try generate over time a small but steady source of income as an extra/hobby type thing.

1. Was originally wanting to a tube type site dedicated to big boobs & Blondes but couldn’t get the tube scripts to work correctly so it ended up as it is now.
2. Was wanting to keep it solely to Boobs & Blondes but was struggling to get enough galleries & stuff so guess it ended up with a bit of everything. Maybe I over did the banners and links to sponsors sites,
3. Wanted site that could somehow keep updated to get people to return to view updates with obviously then trying to get them to buy memberships to sponsors. With eventually getting listed on to links sites etc
4. Once had got site up and running and knew more what I was doing planned to add a few sites a month, have tried to exchange links etc with other sites (some from here) but only sites interested in trades etc are new sites like mine that are also struggling for traffic. Been submitting galleries and movies etc to sites but its bit of catch 22 as most require a certain number of hits back before they list you.

I only viewed my site in explorer which I guess was bit silly as firefox used by lot of people, so will need to sort that.

Couple of people have suggested turning into a "blog" style site and making it a big tit movie blog, but not sure exactly how to do that and how that can generate an income, so will be reading a lot. As at the moment not sure exactly how blog site would work?

I know from reading stuff here it’s not easy to generate sign ups etc and that getting harder as lots tube sites give away so much that hardly seems worth anyone paying for membership to a site.

Thinking maybe should aim for specific fetish/niche as maybe that would be more appealing that general boobs site.
