Fri Aug 19 Up Too Early!
Morning.
 Woke up wide awake at 3:00 am and decided to get up now. It's probably due to the fact that I got an honest to goodness general anaesthetic yesterday. I was expecting something lighter and it's messed up my internal clock. My procedure seems to have gone well. My ear cracking has stopped in both years. The surgeon says that a good sign. The ringing is still there though. It will take 2 to 4 weeks to see what direction this goes and that depends on how I heal. Anyhow, I am now back at it. I've got a crap load of work to do -- professional, personal and volunteer. Guess I should get to it. Have a good one!  |

Is there a setting on laptops that make the battery discharge faster when you are rushing to get stuff done before a thunderstorm hits? We had several waves of thunderstorms roll through here yesterday, last night, and early this morning. I think we were unplugged for about 12 hours in all. I even plugged into a wall outlet last night for a time, trying to get enough charge to finish the galleries I was working on. Nope. Nada. Sigh.
So, we are in the clear for a while today. Maybe more tonight, but so far, so good. Now, I need to get all this stuff in progress finished and submitted.

Hi there
Not the best day, I took  to the vet and she has most likely got uterine inflammation. I'm praying for the antibiotics to work, I seriously can't afford an operation.  She's as full of energy as always though, so I'll try to be optimistic. Other than that, catching up and catching up. On a positive note, Motorpsycho released yet another fantastic album today.
