Sleepy Thursday March 15th (aka MY 🤬 FUCKING 🤬 PHONE 🤬 TOOK 🤬 A 🤬 SHIT!)

Morning!

About 10PM last night, the Apple logo flashed on my iPhone for 3 seconds, then it went black. It's been repeating this ever since Found some solutions that didn't work, so I plugged in into my PC, but nothing. I fired up iTunes & it asked for my password, which I of course forgot One way to reset it is that they send a code to my phone The other is called something like Reclaim Your Account, so I jump thru those hoops & they tell me it could take 3 days Then, I remember my password Logged into iTunes, but still no phone Go to apple.com to set up an appt at the local store & in order to do so, you need to login. Well, even though it worked in iTunes, since I started this recovery process, my account is locked or something so I can't login to schedule an appt to FIX MY FUCKING PHONE

So this happened yesterday:

My friend on Facebook thinks he figured out how they knew - any ideas?

Aside from trying to get my phone fixed, I'll be here working

Greenie, are you part of any points program at Rite Aid? Maybe they sell Amazon your buying info based on the email address you gave Rite Aid as part of the points program?

Sorry about your phone. Jesus, phones can be expensive to fix. I hope it's not a big deal.

Not much on tap today. I've got lunch out and a play to see tonight but, otherwise, it's the same old. A website quote for a new client today is number one on my list.

From what I'm reading, it's a hardware problem. I know my Apple warranty has past, but I think we have something thru Verizon. My other concern is that dummy hasn't backed up his phone in a LOOOOOOOOONG time

I'm an Android guy but my wife's phone is Apple. I know there is a backup function on it. You set it and forget it. I needed it to transfer her phone from one company to another. Here's hoping you had it turned on.

Hello Board

I had very hard work week that is almost done. Next week should be better. Maybe I will do some coding tonight if I don't fall asleep at the couch.

Android user here so no problems with the phone
But I can relate to iPhone users partially as my Lovely one uses iPhone as well at my Izabela. There is always something with either her phone or Apple ID or password and to get things fixed it's always painful.

Izabela is always complaining how her " F*up phone is acting up again" but then again maybe it's her thing Now she has the #7, but before that it was #6+, #6 and #5. So far #5 is her still favorite #1

I loved the 5, but the 7 really grew on me I think we'll have paid it off when the next one comes out

The past two days have been a blurry mess dealing with the doctors and preparation for my wife's surgery tomorrow.
