Fuel prices.
How much is the fuel per litre in other countries?
I filled my car up last night, fucking £1.10.9 per litre here in the UK. Normal unleaded being £1.03. I have to use the high octane rating of 99 because my car is a jap import but ffs, the last time i filled it up it was £1.06. Surely we aren't the only ones getting fucked on fuel? |

I think the US gallon is less than the european as here it's about 5 litres.
Edit: 2.52 euro is £1.80, that's seriously high per litre. Last edited by Bobc01; 2008-01-25 at 05:15 PM.. |

well for this year holland got 20 kinds of new taxes...the stranges tax i have ever heard, but it will cost us, but they are already making an new tax, firework tax will also get in this year, they want 10% fireworktax, well that was the deal but since no tax here in holland is under the 20 % the firework tax will be 20% instead of 10%

If con is the opposite of pro, is Congress the opposite of progress?

98.6 a litre over here in Orillia Canada
1 liters = 0.264172051 US gallons 1 US gallon = 3.7854118 litres so that means we are paying $3.73 a gallon (If I did the math correct) seems expensive when I do the conversion |

I think it depends on the octane rating, i got told the US fuel is fairly low grade but i'm not sure how it compares.

Cheap gas is 87 octane here which is anywhere from 2.87 to 3.18, its jumps around in that range day to day. mid grade is 89 or 90 and its 10 cents more than 87, then the premium is 92 or 93 octane and is usually 10 cents more than the mid grade.

Well you know boys, a nuclear reactor is a lot like women. You just have to read the manual and press the right button
|
Common quality gas is $1.64 here in Hungary / liter. Thats ~$6.2 / gallon.
I wish it would be more here: less cars/smog and more cyclers would be in the city. 32k cyclers demonstrate for more bike roads and less smog in Budapest 22th Sept 2007 Very nice panorama pic thousands of bikes in the air [pic]

I paid $3.67 gallon for diesel the last time I filled up. Gas was about 50 cents cheaper. I have no problem paying more for fuel since the US obviously pays was too little. But, I will never understand why diesel is more expensive than gas. It requires less refining and should be cheaper. Much like back when there was leaded and unleaded gas. The lead had to be added to be leaded. And yet, unleaded was more expensive.
