Another hot and sticky one here.

Against my better judgment we went to the Boca Comedy Club again last night. This was our second time going there. Last time we went the opening acts were funny but the main act sucked and the seating was really uncomfortable. Last night was the exact same experience except the opening acts were a bit better and the main act was even worse.

Just a day of slaving at the computer with a few breaks to run some errands planned on this hot and humid day.

Good morning world

Weather says hot and humid with rain later, which is pretty much the forecast for every day until October. Did my bank run, grocery shopping and other errands yesterday when it was just as hot and humid, and got home before the rain got here. Today I don't need to go anywhere and probably won't unless someone gives me a damn good reason to leave the nice a/c.

Cleo - I looked at the schedule for that club and I don't think I'd ever go there if that's the level of talent they book for headliners. There's a great pool of top comics they should be bringing in instead of what I see them promoting as if those are good choices. Either their booker isn't worth a shit or the club has a bad rap and the good talent won't work there.

Was offline most of yesterday with my daughter's grade 6 graduation and today I play in a golf tournament at noon so doing some work this morning then gone for the day.

It's hot and humid down here in Buffalo and I'm using the time to get some much needed work done before taking the rest of the day off.

Took a small coastal drive yesterday which was really nice so may squeeze one of those in between work and tv.
