I seem to be almost human again after a day of poisoned stomach hell.

Yesterday I was sick as hell all due to ingesting a small amount of bleach that I used to clean a used water cooler that I got last Tuesday.

I had poured some bleach in it to clean it out but it seems that I didn't get all the bleach out of it before using it to make a couple of cups of tea.

The water cooler is now in my shower with hot water running through it for a couple of hours to be sure that there is no more bleach in it.

Just a day of trying to play catchup since I spent most of yesterday either in bed or the bathroom.

Today is the 33rd anniversary of me sleeping at the Buffalo airport since they told us it was too dangerous to let anyone go outside in the Blizzard of 77.

Working today so someday I won't have to.

Morning. Just pounding coffee. Had to finally just yank myself out of bed and get going.
Spent last night watching loads of tv shows I could have cared less about. My production was horrible yesterday as well. bah.

However, I did order a second monitor yesterday with a cool arm that will allow it to move all around. It should be here in the coming days.

Last night I watched a bunch of lame tv. The lady had the remote. There was a person on american idol that i did think had a good voice.

I remember that blizzard fondly!
I was 15 and a bunch of us from work tried to make it home but couldn't do it so we ended up stuck at a strip joint/hotel for the night

The waiter had no problem with serving me and I got my first good look at the sleazier side of life!

Probably different memories of that storm, seeing as he'd have been about 6 at the time and I was 22 and just trying to convince the National Guard to let me and my friend cross Genesee Street to get to the 747 Club (aka 'The Jet') where I knew there'd be a big party going on.
