From my control panel in their system: my last two payments are marked as "check sent" but I never received them. My information on file is correct.

Sent an email to both Matt and Viki (official contacts on site) and got no answer... is this program still operative ?

I looked & I haven't made enough money to have a check cut since 2011

But, they do have this on the accounts page:

Do you know if you sent one in? If not, they may have cut the checks, but not sent them because they don't have your tax info.

I'm European, so that should not be the problem... I can fill all the forms they want... if they would answer my emails !

I've been told there was a recent change of ownership... I'm stilll trying to understand what going on there... will keep you posted...

Issue solved probably. Got a message today with their apologize for the problem and telling they are sending my check today.
