Thursday May 11th - We didn't get it

Well, we were outbid on the house we wanted, so we are back to square one, saving like mad fools and shopping for a new place. All is not lost though - we at least know how much house we can afford and how much we need to have in savings.

Watched it snow yesterday afternoon, and we now have sleet. I bet that changes over to snow shortly here. Gotta love the weather here. It *was* warm and sunny this morning.

So, back to work for me...

G'day

We did the long walk just after breakfast today. The only negative thing about our long strolls is that it interrupts with my workflow. So off we went at 8am. We walked for nearly two hours. Did I get my workflow going after that? No, of course not.
Walking that early was way to much for me and I fell asleep for like 90 minutes.

Well,I've deleted nearly 11k of links now. 13k to go. I bet I will have something like 2000 links left when the cleanup is done.I also dabble with TGPx over at pornpitstop, hoping to have it up and running early next week.

More server moving today and that's about it.

Pagan, Don't worry as there is always another house to buy. Make sure you buy one you really want, in the neighborhood you want, because people end up living there far longer than they usually imagine they will.

We are actually very good with this right now. We have a better working relationship with the bank which is very important. So we lost this house - there will be others. I know, I really really really wanted this one as it was just too perfect but we did not have all of our ducks in the row yet. There are some 2 million dwellings here in Finland - one will appeal to us and we will be working hard to make sure we have our money all lined up.
