Trusted Submitter format sites list

Going through posts I put together this list od sites that accept GG's trusted submitter format. It would be great if you guys could add or tell if some of them don't accept them anymore or anything. Some owners just said in threads that they are accepting the new format, but there is nothing on their sites.
