Does anyone have a list of programs that still offer free and $1 joins? So many have changed sign up options..I lost track

I'm doing 1:1072 with Amateur Traffic. While that ratio may not seem that great, it comes out to $0.03/click with their $35 PPS. And they have a lot of $50 PPS promos where you don't have to email them after each sale & remind them to pay you the bonus $15
