May I ask why you use Email, name and IP in your import?
If I submit it'll go straight into the review-queue, or do you do that differently as well?

Do you consider tags and keywords not important, since it's not in the sheet?

Can I add and remove categories in the list, or do I also have to change something in the categories-cell so It will detect the changes I make?

Thumbs, I right click the preview and downloads it. deletes the big one and reupload as you mentions (green arrow).
I'm starting to get a routine on it, so it goes really fast, only thing is the strain this puts on my mouse-arm. So If there was another way...

They're fields I was putting in when I did the submits by hand - not sure what happens when you don't import them (probably go blank - and IP isn't really important for your galleries - I assume that's in there to catch cheaters)

After you click Analyze Input, you can change the Status from Pending to Approved & that will keep them out of the review queue. BUT that will screw up the Approved Date so if you're listing them by that date on the pages, they won't show up properly (I can explain that in detail if you want) so what I do is, instead of reviewing via that Pending Galleries link that shows the info on top in a new window with a small height, I just search the galleries for Pending & Submitted.

I just don't use them. Add a column or 2 if you want

Yes. All those cells with the drop downs are formatted to read all the cells from N2 on down that have data in them. Also, if you insert a column (like above) before the columns with the drop downs (starting at J) it will automatically change the formatting on the drop down cells to look in the next column over (if that makes sense)
