Since my girlfriend has a holiday week and doesn't have to teach 5th graders for a whole week I decided to take some time off from the demolition job (it's great to be your own boss) to spend some time with her and my little son.

Woke up to temps in the sixties with all of our cats snuggled up in bed with us. Just finished closing all the windows.
My feet are really sore from walking the boat show for two days.

I need to get out the bird cage heater, make sure it's working properly and hang it off the side of their cage before tonight since our temps are supposed to dip down in the fifties tonight.

Watching the news about this monster storm that is hitting the Northeast. Feel bad for all the folks affected by Sandy but really glad that this one mostly missed South Florida.

Just a day working at home planned for today.

Good morning.

Busy weekend mostly and just the usual for me this week. Hoping for not too much rain and wind though we won't get hit near as bad as New York and area.

Morning. Went and relaxed in Palm Springs this past weekend. Pretty much slept, went swimming, read in the sun, and ate food. It was awesome. When I was driving out I thought I might be coming down with something. Came home feeling pretty energized.

Really need to get a lot done this week. Going to be some late nights and early mornings.
