model application form
for those of you that shoot content yourself like PapaGMP this might be handy
its a simple ajax form for models to use and get their details to you... easy to change too just upload to any folder on ur site and chmod 777 the uploads directory and change $email= "urmail@mail.tld" to your own demo: http://iluvx.com/models_app_form/ my little contribution for the year
