I've been putting off the upgrade too, but mostly because I'm really, really going to hate having to give up the vintage version of Eudora that I've been using and has been wonderful for what I need it to do since the 1990s.

I was worried about migrating from Eudora as well, but the switch to Thunderbird is painless and now that I'm used to it, I find it a much better email client than Eudora, on Windows 7 anyway.
