A guy was trying to sell me some sites like this, he called it KVS script and when I googled it it came up as https://www.kernel-video-sharing.com/en/ not sure that is it or not but he said "KVS script" would do what definebabes has/does.

It looks like a variation of pin-porn / pinterest clone. You can find a ton of wp themes doing that part, but this one is more tailored to be "inhouse TGP" - could be KVS
