Copying Hotlinking Submitting Dumbass

I was looking over my stats and notice alot of hits coming from an unfamiliar site and look. This fuckwad copied word for word an ad I created on unclethumper.....and sure enough, the ad is still linked to an image on my server.
Well needless to say....his page(s) look a little broken now:

Its too bad there is a height called out in the image tag...lol

And then he has the balls to submit a freesite to me:
