LL's that create a page per submission

I've noticed some people using a script that creates a page for each site submitted. Some just have the link to your site as part of a database, others have your site title and description all over the page along with 15 or 20 ads.

I am wondering what people think about pages being made per submission and is it helpful or harmful to freesite makers?

My list sends additional traffic to sites from pages created for individual submissions and I like it. My list gets more exposure from content/pages and your submissions get more traffic. Seems like a win/win to me.

How would it be harmful to submitters?

At the time when i saw it, i initially wondered if it was using the title, url and description (it was repeated a few times on the page and meta tags) for se purposes to get traffic for searches on the domain, sitename or whatever to the link lists sponsors. On the same page there was a tiny link to the site, but about 16 ads for paysites.

I realise there are legit uses and benefits for both parties, like the freesites getting more traffic, as well as the fact that the freesites info is listed on the link lists page anyway. It just made me wonder what other views were.

And then there are LL's that use scripts to create a page for every freesite. http://www.teenspanker.com is a good example of such a site

In my opinion if the LL is listing the submission on the niche page and then also creating a seperate page for each listing, then it would only be helpful as you'd get more exposure to your site.

If the site link is small and the rest of the page is covered in ads, i'm not sure what you would get as far as visitors, but i'm pretty sure it would help as far as another incoming link to your site.

I should have a new Aggregator up and running next week that will list each post in the catagory page and make a seperate page for each post.
My thinking is it's a good thing but then what the hell do I know
