Freesite Linking >Category >SE Results
I have always been linking to my link list and to my story site from my freesites. I usually just link directly to the index pages.
My question is, would it be more effective to link directly from my freesites to the corresponding category or story page and would it possibly increase se results. Like if i make a lesbian site and linked to my lesbian story page or to my lesbian category on my link list. Would Google, for instance, be able to tell that that freesite is linked to from the relevant page on all the established and trusted link lists and then linked to my own relevant page and does anyone think it would be more beneficial towards serps? I'll try it, because it seems like the relevant linking might work better than just me linking from my freesites to the general index pages of my sites. Brad |

Personally, I've had better success with relevant links to deep pages. Except, terms in a domain name seem to work better when pointing to the root.

Don't get discouraged; it's usually the last key that opens the lock...

IMHO it should be more beneficial to deep link to relevant pages as far as seo goes as well as keeping the traffic targeted to the niche. But, I would most likely use a mixture style instead of one or the other. .02
