TV reporters are insane

I'm sittin' here trying to kill my insomnia

and that dickhead Stern is taking off fridays now that he is a rich bastard so I'm watching CNN to see how WWIII is going and the reporter is live from "somewhere in southern Lebanon" he said he wasn't allowed to give a specific location... and in mid sentence he looks over his shoulder and goes "look! there goes some sort of rocket.... let's see if we can see it"

anything to get ratings I guess

but that is cutting it alot too close for my comfort

I gave up on the news. now i only read if something interests me that comes across the feed in my gmail or i happen to be walking through the living room. Never in my entire life have I been so uninformed but I'm very happy in my bliss.

I get 99% of my news from PBS/NPR. The big networks have transformed the news into just another reality show, just as dumb and just as unreal.

Weather reporters are just as bad.. I end up watching all the coverage when hurricanes make landfall just because I don't want to miss Jim Cantore finally getting taken out by a piece of flying debris.

wasn't that right after he told us to stay off the streets because it was dangerous?

as if reporters take some hurricane safety course that allows them to avoid the things that mortals would encounter.

Our local TV truck was doing an uplink and didn't realize that the water had risen 3'. Loss = $150k for Satellite Uplink truck. And we wonder why our insurance rates go up.

I personally think US webmasters who spend countless boring hours working should have one or the other

(and Stern is FINALLY live streaming on the net AND they replay his show over all day long so you can listen whenever you want)

I could care less, that was a fake tan in Vegas, i don't leave my place and i got laptops for every room

sirius stock $3.98 right now, there subscriber base is above expectations, they should put out a good revenue report on aug 1st or I might have to cancel my b-day trip to Vegas in a few weeks

I must be the only one here who has MSNBC up during the workday as background noise

I think the news people are funny. they cut into the 'news' yesterday to show a high speed chase as it happened live in LA

I live in Kentucky.......crime in LA gets to bore me now heh heh
