Pre-Releasing Promo Material For Affiliates

Are there any affiliate programs out there that release their promo material for a scene before the scene is released?

I've been scheduling everything for release the day the scene is released, but it dawned on me that, if I release everything a day or two before the scene, webmasters could get ads lined up for when it's released.

A con would be that we're technically advertising something that's not released because I'm not about to date everything "RELEASES TUESDAY!"

Thoughts?

Yes - Fame Dollars and Buddy Profits do, but you can only get the downloadables. The Embeds are not released until the release date. Adult Force also releases their gay and shemale for a few sites ahead of the release date. Smart affiliates could use the sneak preview type of promotion, so I actually like this.

I feel like I fool my surfers if I make them sign up to something that isn't there yet. But in this case I guess they can't get too mad over having to wait one day

I usually get access to team skeet sites before they are launched with their own linking code, so sending them to the network site where they have to pay an extra fee to get access to this site - that's something I try to avoid

but again, your example should be okay

Just about every single paysite I have visited lately has a section for upcoming releases, so I don't see any reason why the promo material can't follow suit. Think about it - every medium out there drops teasers for what is coming up next, or tomorrow, or next week. If we don't want to put it out there early, we can have everything ready but hold off on making it public until it is on the paysite.

I think promoting upcoming releases is a great idea. Give out the promo 1-2 days before release would be a great help to affiliates who need to schedule things.

How much traffic do Upcoming Release sections get generally?
