I tried to change my address more than a month ago by sending you a "change of adress" form but so far I heard nothing of you guys and my checks are still being sent to the old address.
Help me out here please. My CCBill affiliate ID: 543980 |

Changed mine a couple of weeks ago, got an email reply that it's been done, but waiting for a check still. I suppose it's not that late, but by the end of next week it will be.

I've been trying for 2 years to get mine done with no luck or response at all, with the most recent tries a month ago. The info they have for me goes to a PO box that no longer exists. I can wait 2 years and try to claim my checks from the State of Texas.
I finally gave up and opened a new CCBill account with all of my correct information. I had thousands of links to change, but most of that is done now. At least now I only have to wait 2 years to claim my checks instead of it being an ongoing situation.

After my 4th email stating that I didn't want a standard reply with instructions how to update my account info I actually got a personalised reply. And guess what, my address is changed. Now I just have to wait for the first check to see if it arrives at my new address
