Do People Still Celebrate Mother's Day Here?
If you don't know, Sunday happens to be Mother's Day. When my Mom was alive, Mother's Day was always a stressful time in my parent's house. It's like you're obligated to make a special day out of it, or else my Mom will raise a fit. When she died, I guess celebrating it would be kind of morbid, don't you think? I just visit her grave and light a candle in her honor. You guys still celebrate Mother's Day? |

You can now put whatever you want in this space :)

My mom has also passed on many years ago but I still celebrate it for my wife. It is a great day to just show her she is appreciated for everything she does and who she is. Feels good to make her feel good

Last year I gave my mother a mothersday gift for the first time ever. My gf told me I should do that. my mom seemed happy so I'm doing it again this year. But other than that, there's not much celebrating going on here.
