PayPal Debit Card?

Does anybody knows if PayPal Debit Cards are allowed only in US? I asked Google but the only posts I found were dated to 2002-2004.

I have one but haven't used it in a while. And I believe it only works at the ATM for taking money out.

I was recently in contact with PayPal regarding this issue and they informed me that the debit cards are only for US citizens at the time being.

watch out if you lose it any asshole can use it as a credit card without a pin and empty your account and paypal doesn't get you your money back just gives you a million run arounds........

I have one and use it like a debit anywhere MC is taken. The only place I have had trouble with it is at a gas pump..go figure.

Well I've got one and I'm not a US citizen, and I don't think Ramster is either (I am speculating based on his location) and he has one as well.

This is the link where you can check for your country. But I do not see the option for debit card for the US citizens either. I guess they do not know themselves who can get a card or not....

pay pal? whats that (stu<--- dropped paypal long time ago, because they wouldnt release her money untill she paid a higher amound of cost, just like that, and they fucking forched me)pay pal sucks!
