Morning!

Just realized I forgot to tell everyone we fired our realtor during the week. The last straw was when I saw how poorly our listing ranked on the popular websites like Zillow & Realtor.com when you did a default search for our city/zip (example: Zillow had 146 listings - we were #124) So I played dumb & asked what he could do about that & he said he had no control over how we're ranked on those sites. I then pointed out that he could buy featured listings & higher rankings based on search terms (like our city/zip) and he went silent. So now we have another broker - the one we used every time we bought or sold a house before - coming in Tuesday

The Bitch is working the parking lot at work for the Bills game, so I'm going to go up with her, hopefully drink some beers, and watch the game in the car

Sounds like the right choice, Greenie. We've used the same agent for every move we've made too.

Just computer work today interrupted by a visit from my bother-in-law

and another by my daughter.

Game 5 of the World Series tonight. I've seen some great baseball this year. Most of the pitching last game was superb (expect for Giles).

Glad to hear you got a new broker. Maybe he will be able to sort out why it's not moving. In my real estate selling we did have an offer but way to low so crossing fingers that someone out of the 10 showings this week makes a better one.

My wife had her second chemo treatment on Friday. Wasn't as bad as the first one but she still dealt with some issues. All we've done is sit around and binge on Stranger Things and baseball. Today she is feeling better or at least good enough to take a trip to D-land to meet up with our son and his girlfriend for a little walk and dinner.

Other than this I finally finished part 1 of a project. Of course part 2 relies on a little script on a computer I haven't opened in 8 months. Probably should of checked to see if that still worked correctly before spending all this time on part 1. Fingers crossed.

Nice! The realtor of my choice, who I had known since I was teenager, died a couple of years ago, so I was searching for his friend (another agent) when I stumbled upon a name I knew. I had actually done some work on her house years ago and knew she was the feisty/aggressive type. Of course, out situation was completely different: crappy/unifinished house, extremely motivated sellers who just didn't want to own it anymore, knew we weren't going to make much off of it.
