inove isnt really an adult theme since it doesnt already have pictures of naked girls on it, but its a great theme with lots of options and flexibility. Pixeld is not as complex, but still pretty nice.

I'm using myself a soft: Artisteer to generate my templates. Actually I found this soft very easy to use and provide very handsome templates, you just had to need a good header..
