In an oddly good mood this morning

Yesterday, we went up & tailgated, then home to watch the game, then some

and yes, I did wake up at 11:45 to kiss The Bitch

I think we're going to visit my mom today

The four of us were going to watch a movie last night but decided the extra sleep was a better option. My son's fiancee arrived yesterday. They went down to the lake to see the fireworks planned for midnight.

Just 'puttering around' for much of the day as my parents would say. At 3:30 pm were going to see the best commercials of 2023 at a local theatre. It's always entertaining.

Stayed up to watch the ball drop with the wife's family and then slept in. Still tired though so feel a nap happening soon.

Relaxing most of the day before we leave early tomorrow to drive home and hopefully miss most the traffic.
