Morning

Took yesterday off from working to watch football & take care of my fantasy hockey crap. Also watched San Andreas on Amazon PPV - it was ok, kinda cheesy in a good way.

Today, I woke up feeling like complete shit

Gonna medicate myself & lay on the couch...

No flu or cold here but I do feel like a piece of salted bacon left out in the sun after spending the day kayaking yesterday.

Weighed myself this morning and I've officially lost 75lbs since November of 2013 using the Fitbit app on my iPhone.

It's laundry day for me. Put all the guest room sheets and towels in the washer before I went to bed last night and now just put all my dark clothes in the washer. Still have to do my bed sheets and towels.

Other than that just a day of work planned. I may go for a bike ride this afternoon if the weather stays nice.

Good afternoon

Worked most of the weekend including yesterday until football started but even then I was up and down from the computer. Busy day for me so far up early and work is planned for a few more hours before I have to run some errands, then playing basketball tonight.

Congratulations!!! I still don't see how you can be overweight on a vegan diet. You say pizza and junk food, what is a pizza with no cheese? Junk food that's not saturated with animal fat?

I recently went on a detox, raw fruit and veg, 1tsp olive oil a day, lots of water and my fags. I lost 12 pounds in 7 days?
