When I first saw those videos, I was really blown away. It was the only porn I've ever watched not for the sex parts. I know Dez (the producer of Whorelore) had quite a bit of sucess just pushing the old site with the gaming crowd. I knew we could make the thing 10 times as big if we unleashed it on affiliates. Yes, the episodes take so long to shoot and with the post-production process they are very time consuming. The bonus content doesn't have that much appeal to someone who joins whorelore, so we foumd the average member will stay for whatever length for time it takes to watch the episodes and then will rejoin later when more episodes are added.

As an affiliate, my best advice is to find some way that they bookmark your link so they will keep coming back through you. ;-)
