Is it ok to take content from sponsor A and promote sponsor A along with sponsor B on index/main and on galleries only sponsor A ?

I think you can promote as many sponsors as you would like on your site's main areas. However, on galleries of content they provide you, I would only sell their sites. Makes things less hassle for you in the long run, because I’m sure they would get upset about you using the content they gave you to sell another companies products.

Grzepa generally yes but of course I`d check the terms of the particular sponsor to be sure. They can all differ and best to be on the safe side!

Very true, check the TOS as most sponsors strictly prohibit promoting other sponsors on pages with their content. Index/main pages are usually not a problem, but you could easily end up with your account closed and be out some $$$ if you're not careful
