The Man With Two Brains

My favourite movie is on TV right now... if you are home, near midnight on a Saturday night, and in AU... Channel 9 NOW!

The best comedy flick ever IMHO

(it's almost worth spending a Saturday night alone just so no one tries to talk through it and I can laugh as loud as I like for once!)

My 3 favourite lines from the movie... and god knows why i find them so funny.. but they make me laugh even thinking about them now

3. "I Don't Mind" <- with the voice of course!

2. "Did I see you out on the lake today kissing your brain?"

1. Into The Mud.. SCUM QUEEN!

oh god I just thought of about 10 more lines that make me double over with laughter.. but maybe you have to be here to appreciate them really I love this movie so much it makes me feel like a kid again for some reason

Classic SM - that movie and The Jerk still have me pissing myself!

Dr. Michael Hfuhruhurr: Ladies and gentlemen, I can envision a day when the brains of brilliant men can be kept alive in the bodies of dumb people.

or...

Dolores: The Complete Poems of John Lillison, England's greatest one-armed poet.
Dr. Michael Hfuhruhurr: He wrote 'In Dillan's Grove' and 'Pointy Birds.' O pointy birds, o pointy pointy, anoint my head, anointy-nointy.

Get out of my head PP

My ex-wife and I used to recite that at each other constantly and then fall all over ourselves laughing... I think most people thought we were loopy.. and didn't even see why we thought it was funny... let alone hilarious

I've really got to watch the Man with Two Brains again one of these days.

I love The Jerk.

And did you know that in The Three Amigos, when they are summoning the invisible swordsman, Steve Martin goes
"Farley, farley, farley, farley, Hfuhruhurr!"

OK, I'm going to hijack this thread and put in a Three Amigo quote

El Guapo: "Would you say I had a plethora of pinatas?"
Hefe: (Pause) "Oh, yes, you have a plethora"

If only Steve Martin could be funny again...
