Not having that many submissions to my record yet, i'm stilling fiddling back and forth with grouping recips. I'm trying a system with just copy and paste the whole recip-group table, it's starting to work pretty ok, after the initial recip-collecting, still need lots of tweaking to get the right ll's on same index.
I used roboform too, but am now trying iNetFormFiller http://www.inetformfiller.com/index.php i think it's better, but not sure yet. Only drawback is it only works in IE, but i've let them know of the need to make firefox extensions, and they seemed interested. also, can't get the toolbar-thingie to work. |

Also, as was already said here...I've noticed just recently changes in the rules that if I hadn't skimmed through during each submit I would have missed. Example, one of the LL no longer accepts a certain sponsor. Good to know before trying to submit a site promoting that sponsor. As for the 2nd part of your question. The rules actually have to do with how I've been organizing my recips. Several gave examples of who they'd prefer or require being recip'd with, and what that page needed to be named. So, that's where I started. ok, now I'm not sure if my answer was what you were asking, LOL? |
Linkster how do you know if someone is using AS?
I wouldn't say that 99% of the people who use AS are cheaters. I would say that maybe 10% of them are cheaters but those guys have ways to auto submit to your site even without banned programs like AS. |
Better idea to do it still by hand and doesn't copy and paste is soft called 'Keyboard Express'
Look for it in Google, it's very useful :) |

This is especially true for those among us who are relatively or completely unknown (not reading the rules and possible changes is a sure fire way to start off with a bad rep or at the very least with "IDIOT" pasted over your head). I arrange or am arranging my lists in several tiers: First Niche and inside the niche category those with higher traffic and those with lesser traffic, so that recips can be grouped for fairer traffic trades. |
Linkster touched on most of the things that I have problems with - not sure if he did mention that on some of these sites, where they have the recips made up for you already, well, they're not always up-to-date on the recips. I changed mine around a little bit ago & I know that some of these places still have the old ones.
Cal me crazy, but I take the 15-20 min to go to the Link List's submti page, look for anything new (most will make it painfully obvious when something is new) I then go to the recip page & copy & paste the recip I need. I then go to the next Link Lists & do the same thing - like I said, this take 15-20 min The I upload the site, get my textpad open & have 2 things on a blank page: Site name Site URL Site description I then go back & submit the site - I'd rather do this & make sure I got it right - if I was using one of the other programs/sites & got blacklisted for because I took their word for something, it'd be my fault for not doing my own work. |
Exactly what I was trying to say GG :)
Funny - I just got finished doing my daily submits - a free site using notepad and copy/paste took exactly 12 minutes - going to everyones rules page and hitting the submit page - and I do this just about every day now I know that AS would have taken me at least 10 minutes - and wouldnt you know it - one LL had changed their recips - but I was able to see the rule change and avoid being blacklisted |jester| |
Use Opera clipboard manager instead, you can create new notes with your email, site name, url, description… And all you have to do is right click on the form and pick the note.

I always check the rules every time I submit to see if there's updates, but I guess there is a high potential for abuse using assisted submitting programs. All advanced submitter does is help organize submissions, it's only an autosubmitter if people use it that way (which most don't), and the people that do likely don't stay around in this biz for long IMO. |

Big link lists like to be listed with other big link lists so they get traffic back. So you group all of the higher traffic linklists together on the same page, and then all of the lower traffic linklists together with sites in their traffic range. Advanced submitter has a feature where you can assign a "weight" to a each linklist and when you create your mirror pages it will organize your recips according to the weight you've assigned each one. |
