Agreed, we already push up the % for the next month in a similar manner.

Well it's good to see that I havn't lost as *much* of my mind as I had thought. :)

I believe conversion ratio is the main benefit of any sponsorship program.
And some good promo tools in addition...

I like the linkcodes that look like server paths. Google likes them too.

I guess for the reason you said, the fast cash :) Since I've just now started back making sites the money is pretty important for me. So for that reason I've went with the faster cash as you put it.

But at this point I'll probably still be making alot of changes with my sponsors...etc

It's a good idea to go for a blend. When you're first getting started, those per-sale programs are very nice. Later, though, you'll be very glad if you incorporate some partnership programs in. I'm having a pretty lousy month for sales, and it's the rebills that are keeping me from completely tearing my hair out.

I still promote PPS; I just build free sites more for the partnerships proggies (not solely, but primarily). Eggs, baskets, blah blah blah. ;)

Ah - just re-read and realized you're just getting BACK to site building; not just starting. So you know of what I speak.
