Chill people. Pretty much all of us here don't like drive-by posters, spammers and scammers. But why bite the head of a drive-by poster that posts about a well known scammer and doesn't post about a product that will save them from this scammer?
It's just info that will come up if a future newbie does some research about Teleteria. |

Houses can not really be "child proofed" and the Internet can damn sure not be "newbie proofed." The world is a dangerous place. It always was, and probably always will be. I have no problem with your desire to warn people. But "newbies" aren't some special group that needs our protection. They're just people. People need to take more responsibility for their own decisions. If someone decides to act without doing proper research, they will often get surprised by the results of their actions. If that's how they choose to run their lives offline, it's really not our duty to protect them when they choose to come online. That said...I'm willing to help pretty much anyone at any time. Doesn't matter if they're newcomers or old salts. I just don't think that "protecting newbies" is some kind of mission that we need to be on. Simon |
Here is my point. Until Swedguy replied to this thread the thread was useless due to the fact that the only thing we have ever heard from this stacystreur character was his rewrite of his site's page to the board.
Being of legal age, it am embarrassed when I am ripped off. Damn if I am going to make it public as how stupid I can be. Wonder if this Jay Servidio will take my money to make me some hosted free sites? |

It's really hard to feel sorry for a newbie who probably lost 2-5k to Jay when the newbie comes off as a cock. So keep that in mind before you post like that again. We all know that Jay is an unethical (and extremely clever) bastard. The only reason he is still around comes down to the fact that he doesn't appear to be doing anything illegal. Unethical yes, illegal - no. So, buyer beware. When I first started hearing about him I too felt compassion for the non-thinkers who fell for his deal, but a few years later, I couldn't really care anymore. What Toby said rings so true. That type of newbie doesn't read the boards and they don't do any research. They are the get rich quick fuckers. So |cry| |
This guy Servidio and the website teleteria.com have been known as scams for a long time. I'm really surprised people fall for it anymore, since all you have to do is type in "teleteria.com scam" you will see quite a few pages filled with complaints and content showing that his site is a complete scam.
I can't believe people don't research things more before they buy! Especially from turnkey websites, which have a lot of fraud and/or bullshit involved in them |
Well I'm one of those guys who got ripped off when I started out. But I can honestly say that 50% of it was my fault. Like most newbes I did not research. I guess the only thing I had over some new people was I never expected to get rich on the web nor did I expect it to be easy work. I guess that's why I'm still around after roughly two years of failing. But it's the same thing as a real life store business, if it seems to good to be true then it is. If you open a candy store and only know how to build houses without researching for a long time, then you are going to fail and most likely get ripped off in the process.
Stacy I'm not jumping you here, but do what I did after my problem. Sit back and ask yourself, (what questions you did not ask) when starting business with this person. Did you search on the website name? Did you search the BBB? I'm sure you will find that you made plenty of bad business choices and you know if it's a legal business then maybe you have some legal action you can take. As far as part 6 of your rant, here's my advice. Your in Texas right? Invite him over your home, when he walks into the house tell him to get out and then shoot him. It's legal there I think. |
Sorry your in NYC
http://mail.scam.com/showthread.php?t=1269 |
Stacy has done drive-bys on a few boards. I agree, it's still good for people to know. But as stated, most every person that comes up saying they have been scammed, did no research before they handed over their money.

How to Drop in on Jay Servidio of Teleteria at Home!
Hey, kids! Let's all go visit chubby chiseler Jay Servidio of Teleteria where he lives and runs his fraud-drenched adult turnkey Web-site operation. There, we can engage in a frank exchange of views with him concerning his continuing fraud against innocent newbies. Should be fun! The following is the latest information on malignant vulture Servidio, according to our latest background check:
SERVIDIO, JAY ANTHONY, Age 45 268 Jelliff Mill Rd., New Canaan, CT 06840 203-966-3700 (but there's no need to call ahead, just show up!) (Don't be fooled by Teleteria's impressive Lexington Avenue address in Manhattan. Like everything else involving Teleteria, it's a sham. It's a cheesy mail-drop address and not an office at all. Also, ignore Teleteria's old Richmond Hill Road address. The resident-clown of the adult Web business was booted out of his condo there for running an unauthorized business in his basement. Here's a two-bit con man who claims to be making millionaires out of his customers, but operates his business out of his home and can't even afford to pay his employees, FedEx, or his other furious creditors.) Here’s how you get to slithering cretin Jay Servidio's place starting from, say, Seventh Avenue and West 29th Street in Manhattan: Start out going west on W 29th St toward Eighth Ave. Turn right onto West Side Hwy/NY-9A N/12th Ave. Continue to follow NY-9A N Take Exit 14 toward George Washington Bridge/I-95/Cross Bronx Expwy/W. 178th St. Merge onto Cross Bronx Expy/I-95 N/US-1 N toward Cross Bronx Expwy Take the I-87 Exit 1C toward Maj Deegan Expwy/Albany/Queens Merge onto I-87 N via Exit 3N toward Albany Take Exit 4 toward Cross County Pkwy Stay straight to go onto Central Park Ave (Don’t give up! We’re making real progress towards malignant vulture Servidio’s residence.) Take Cross County Pkwy East ramp toward Bronx River Pkwy Take the ramp toward Hutchinson Pkwy Merge onto Cross County Pkwy E Cross County Pkwy E becomes Hutchinson River Pkwy N Hutchinson River Pkwy N becomes Ct-15N/Merritt Pkwy Take the CT-106/Old Stamford Rd exit—exit 36 Turn left onto Old Stamford Rd/CT-106 Turn left onto Jelliff Rd and prepare for a lot of whining from the blubbery mother of all liars. Whew! Typing these directions is almost as tedious as watching a Teleteria infomercial. Be sure and meet Servidio’s “lovely” wife Carol, his coconspirator in fraud. On second thought, the less said about her, the better. Let us know how it goes. NOTE: This is not a drive-by post. Since many of you live to chat, I want to be as accommodating as possible. However, we can cut to the chase right away. 1. Yes, we’re baaaack! 2. Yes, we will be posting all over the Web. 3. No, were not moving on. We’ll move on when the beady-eyed sausage-shaped con artist and his coconspirator wife are out of business and in jail for fraud. 4. We should have done “due diligence” before being conned by Servidio and Teleteria. You’re absolutely correct on that account. 5. These types of posts are “vindictive.” If you think these posts are vindictive, you’re obviously not from New York City. You ain't seen nuthin' yet! 6. We may get in trouble with these posts. The only way we’ll get in trouble is if flabby fraudster Servidio crushed us with his massive girth. We’re pretty quick, so I don’t think there’s real danger. Let’s chat. |
Could someone please move this thread to the "I'm a Stupid Cocksucker" forum?
Oh, and ban this idiot while you're at it. |

Your posts annoy me so much that I hope he took everything you had. I hope you had to go on welfare and put your kids up for adoption. I hope you had to pimp yourself out to well hung anally-obsessed crack addicts with as-of-yet undiagnosed diseases in order to feed your own fat whiny face. Good luck with that legal battle. |thumb |
HELP US SUE TELETERIA, INC., AND JAY SERVIDIO
We are in the process of preparing a lawsuit against Jay Servidio and Teleteria, Inc. However, there is some confusion over the location of his place of business. We have learned that his New York City “office” is a fake. We believe that he is operating out of his residence as shown below:
Jay Servidio, President Teleteria, Inc. 268 Jelliff Mill Rd. New Canaan, CT 06840 Telephone 203-966-3700 Fax 203-966-3739 Toll-free 866-408-8694 www.teleteria.com Can anyone confirm, deny, or add to this information? Also, we have word that Jay Servidio and Teleteria, Inc., are being investigated by: Agent Tom Martin Cyber Crime Task Force FBI 600 State St. New Haven, CT 06511-6505 860-982-0370 tmartinswps@comcast.net and Jeff Miller IRS Criminal Investigator Room 215 915 Lafayette Blvd. Bridgeport, CT 06604 203-384-5747 Fax 203-395-9070 Can anyone confirm, deny, or add to this information? Finally, we have heard that there is a list of 42 people who are known victims of Jay Servidio and Teleteria. We would appreciate receiving this list since it will enhance our lawsuit. Any assistance in this matter is appreciated Troy Efemia New Canaan, CT troyefemia@inbox.com |

Forgive me for this, but what exactly has he done that's so wrong? He made a business out of offering turnkey solutions to lazy people hoping to get rich in porn with little work. It's really no different than thousands of other schemes that people jump into every day.
|
Yeah, need more info before im on board. In my opinion, alot of people that buy turnkey sites, in order to make a quick buck deserve to be screwed, it may have work 7-8 years ago, but there is not quick bucks in this business anymore, you do have to work. and work hard.
turnkey sites are bad for the business anyways, a bunch of crap content and no customer support. give us more info on why your suing and I can make out what the problem really is, just getting screwed buying a turnkey site isnt enough, I would say most people that try them, get screwed out of money. |
How to Defeat Swindler Jay Servidio of Teleteria and His Dirty Tricks
How low can slimeball Jay Servidio of Teleteria sink in his never-ending efforts to scam innocent newbies? By suing his customers in a court that has no jurisdiction—get this!—under an alias. He sues out-of-state people over whom the Connecticut Small Claims Court has no jurisdiction. The lard-butted con artist files suits against people under the name Jay Sercidio! See the following Small Claims Court link. (Note--This is not the Midwesterner mentioned later in this post; it is merely a sample case drawn at random from the 12 lawsuits filed by fake, fraud, lowlife liar Jay Servidio-Sercidio.)
http://www.jud2.ct.gov/Small_Claims/...n&Activity=ALL Small Claims Court FAQ No. 8 clearly states: “Q--What if the defendant resides out of the state of Connecticut? A--You may file against the out-of-state resident only if he or she owns real or personal property in the state of Connecticut. A statement indicating that the out-of-state individual owns property must be included in the claim.” But one of Servidio-Sercidio’s victims from a Midwestern state, who had no connection to Connecticut, fought back and won. He made numerous calls to the County Clerk who brought the case to a court magistrate who dismissed the case. The problem is that many of Servidio-Sercidio’s legal victims may not have the legal background or persistence that our Midwesterner did. Servidio is like a classic schoolyard bully who uses empty threats to force a “settlement” of a spurious court judgment. Therefore, we sent the following letter to the Connecticut Supreme Court: The Honorable David M. Borden Senior Associate Justice Connecticut Supreme Court 231 Capitol Ave. Hartford, CT 06106 Dear Justice Borden: I wish to bring to your attention that an individual in New Canaan, Connecticut, is abusing the state’s Small Claims Court by knowingly filing cases against persons over whom the court has no jurisdiction and for filing claims using an alias. The individual is Jay Servidio, Teleteria, Inc., 268 Jelliff Mill Rd., New Canaan, CT 06840, telephone 203-966-3700, fax 203-966-3739, toll-free 866-408-8694, email teleteria.com. Please note the enclosed printout from the State of Connecticut Judicial Branch. Mr. Servidio is filing lawsuits, possibly with intent to defraud persons known or unknown, under the alias “Jay Sercidio.” Additionally, at least one and possibly all of the defendants listed do not live in Connecticut and do not own property in the state, as required under state law. Therefore, Small Claims Court should never have accepted the cases in the first place due to a lack of jurisdiction. Mr. Servidio then further abuses the state’s court system by sending threatening emails to defendants such as: “One more thing, if you don’t want to have this judgment against you I will be open to a settlement before the court date. I don’t know if you are aware of how bad a judgment will be to your credit. You should know that whether or not you show up you will lose and you will have a court judgment against you.” Mr. Servidio is a notorious Internet con artist who “sells” turnkey Web sites to victims called “newbies,” who are unsophisticated in the ways of the Internet. When newbies discover that cybercriminal Servidio is scamming them, they refuse to pay despite a bogus contract with Servidio and Teleteria. Hence, the spurious Small Claims suits listed in the enclosure. I do not believe that it is in the best interest of the people of Connecticut when a crook like Jay Servidio of Teleteria abuses a state court to make empty threats against persons who don’t live in the state or own property there, and who may pay money to the scam artist as part of a needless “settlement.” I respectfully request that the Supreme Court investigate this matter and issue summary dismissals of all cases where the defendants have no connection to Connecticut. I request further that the court issue a cease-and-desist order against Jay Servidio for filing lawsuits under an alias and for suing people over whom Small Claims Court has no jurisdiction. If you have questions, please advise me by phone, U.S. mail, or email. Your assistance in this matter is appreciated. An attorney who advised one of the defendants made this comment about Jay Servidio: “This guy is a slimeball. He doesn’t know what he’s doing, other than to scam people out of their money. I would let the court throw it out.” We couldn’t have stated it more succinctly. Watch our posts for the Supreme Court’s response to our letter. Separately, loathsome charlatan Jay Servidio, who claims to run a million dollar business, can’t even afford to pay his medical bills. Search “Servidio” (not “Sercidio,” this time) to see how Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield sued the Teleteria tubby rodent in Connecticut Small Claims Court, won a judgment, and collected! Judgments like this one no doubt work marvels for lowlife liar Servidio-Sercidio’s credit rating. It’s no wonder why slimy crook Jay Servidio needs to sue his customers to make a living. Despite his so-called million-dollar business, flabby bottom-feeder Jay Servidio can’t afford to pay a measly $3,086,44 bill. Jay Servidio is a psychotic megalomaniac with delusions of grandeur. He belongs in prison for fraud with his coconspirator wife Carol Servidio. |

There ya go: 7 mess's piled up into one big mound of Who Give A Shit :)

There was a time when I had an enormous amount of sympathy for the people who were ripped off by this nice Jay fellow. But after a couple of years, you see that they are the same whining assholes who through cash into the wind without doing an ounce of research.
If any of them have a few grand left, I have a guaranteed way for them to make it HUGE in porn. :D (I need cash to finish remodelling this fucking house.) |
hello dumb dumbs! anybody that loses one penny to this guy is less than smart, one search in google for teleteria would tell anybody with a brain not to hand over thousands of dollars to them/servidio, most of his victims are "get rich quick" addicts
