You know what's really funny? One of their cars had two tickets on it. I'm guessing that one is for overnight parking and the other is for parking in the wrong direction.

They drove away their crotch rockets yesterday and didn't bring them back. Aw... :( I guess I won't get to hear them revving the damn things all the time for no obvious reason.

I didn't use to be. I've got a bad batch of neighbors, that's all. It takes some time to properly train one's neighbors. I'm surrounded by multi-family homes and none of the tenants give a shit about anyone around them. I'm just altering their perspective a wee little bit. ;)

The next time they get outta line, just smear dog shit on their vehicles...that'll make 'em think twice. :D

We purchased this house as a two family 6 years ago and moved immediately into the lower apartment. There was already a tenant in the upper. Those people proceeded to drive us crazy. The day they moved out was the day we started converting it into a single family residence. Monster mistake, btw. Rents have doubled in the last few years. |cry| I've hinted at converting it back, but the wife will not hear of it. She just wants to sell and run. We should be able to sell it for twice as much as we bought it for due to the increase in property values. This is, of course, assuming I ever finish the cosmetics.

|bananna| its Friday arvo for me (thats afternoon to you guys, or do you say arvo too?) I havent got much done other than my submissions today because we are having a bbq tonight! Had to clean up, buy beer and food. I am also about to go get my overpaid hairdresser to make me look sexy because with the kids away I plan to play up heaps this weekend and next.
I booked something special for punanis bday next weekend, a joyflight over coast, and I am excited so I hope he will be too.
