SirMoby - I happen to agree with that - especially if the WM only uses partner submits and never reviews the galleries and requires the submitter to make the thumbs - a good disclaimer at the bottom of the page that you are not responsible for the contents would help as well

Exactly, and what about all the little shady motels that show movies, or even the porno store. Then make all them have the models id's too. |potleaf|

I did something yesterday that was shoking. I approved every fucking link submitted to my tgp withour looking at it. I didn't even delete the ones with all caps. I didn't even delete the ones from spammers that I normally would never list. I appoved intil I couldn't click anymore. I listed them with text descriptions. What the webmaster has on their servers is their business. They are trying to cut down on the circulation of porn, so to prevent this I published any fucking they sent me.

If the DOJ goes after someone I hope that person is attractive and charming because that person is going to hit the talk show curcuit hard. Everyone would want this person on their show. It's titallating. Television and radio. A sure fire way to get on the Howard Stern show.
That's why I don't believe the whole "won't hit people with deep pockets" thing. Anyone that gets hit with this is going to have deep pockets. I'm already counting Sean Penn and Tim Robbins' contributions to the legal fund.

That reminded me of some strip clubs that have porn running on TVs all over the bar.

This has nothing to do with search engines, but are they going to change Girls Gone Wild to Girls Gone Mild ???
