Well, I blew off the Doctor's appt. The VA just loves when you do that :) But, I just wasn't into it today.

We just received our new HDTV DVR box from the cable company and talk about being stressed. I wonder how much Sparky knows about HDTV. :) I have it working but I also have an HDTV DVD player that I have to hook up next. Very, very stressful especially working with a 55" TV on a 300 pound stand that I have to move back and forth. :)

Oh yeah, the HDTV DVD also has a wireless network setup to play music and videos from either the home network and the web. I never thought work would be a break from the stress :)

You probably should get in there before they close it. The Pentagon is trying save some bucks by closing various installations. I almost fell out of my chair when I read that the announced the closing of Walter Reed hospital |shocking|

No...this whole facility missed the possible closing list. It actually handles all of Western and Central NY. So, if they closed it, people in Buffalo would have about a 5 hour drive to the nearest VA facility.

Besides, it was an appt I made. They have not asked me for a physical in a long, long time. And since the appt took almost 3 months to get, the symptoms of why I called have gone away. :)

Well good afternoon. I never get to post in the mornings anymore being i just sleep. Worked my ass off again yesterday with my construction friend, nice thing was he got me a Mexican worker to help rip down 4 walls and the floor. Man those mexicans work their ass off. He did not speak a word of english, all he kept saying to me was "caliente, agua boss" Being I dont speak spanish i just kept saying yes great job!! lol. Poor guy took two hours for the home owner to come out an tell me he was hot and looking for water. But I got him all the water he wanted, after about 1pm my 35 year old body felt like it was going on 99. Still rubbing on the flex all. lol. But the day is just as wonderful as anyone could ask for today in the armpit of america.
