I agree with the 24 hour rule being limiting, but as stated by linkster it depends on the timezone the reviewer/owner is in - 11.58pm and 12.02am in your part of the world may be 2 different days, but in another it could be 7.58am and 8.02am the same day.

Scripts that you can set to 20 hours or even 19 (I assume even those of us that work long manage to get 5 hours sleep a day) are/would be great in those circumstances. I keep a record of what time all my submits go in, both freesites and Galleries, and give it at least 20 minutes after a 24 hour period has passed on my periods of submissions (I don't do freesites every day, but when I do I usually go 3-4 days at a time).

I don't get as many submissions I would like so still allow 5 per day, but completely understand the guys that get more than they can/want to list enforcing the 24 hour rule. The scripts are set, and no-one wants the hassle of switching scripts unless it's absolutely crucial. A day or 2 days where you miss subbing a freesite is an extra day or 2 to build other stuff - there's always something to build :)
