I never said that intranet wasn't a newer word. What I was calling bullshit about was your statement below that the term internet (lowercase i) was used to refer to local networks.

When I think about the future of the net the first thing that come to my mind is "The Matrix Has You". Or worst, a "The Google Has You" message and google's spiders indexing your ideas and memories, using the memories in your head of the people you know like links to find more minds to crawl.

Toby, please be clearer in future. You quoted my line "intranet is the 'Americanisation' of internet" and said about it "ecchi,.....you're also full of shit", so obviously I assumed it was the line that you quoted that was 'full of shit'. And later you refer to my reply as "bullshit you posted in response to my intranet vs internet post". What was I supposed to assume you were talking about?
