Hi |waves|

Good morning
I know nothing about this election besides Michael J. Fox's campaigning, so I'll keep my uninformed 2 cents in my pocket. Now get your asses out to the polls and make yourselves heard! The right to vote is one of the hallmarks of democracy- and one of the things that makes us fortunate indeed. |

In our Pledge of Allegiance, the line is actually, "And to the Republic, for which it stands" But, your point still stands. :) People do need to vote because it is a right to have a voice in the government. And if there are enough voices, change occurs. |
Happy voting day to the U.S. !
Good luck everyone! R |

Wow it's one in the afternoon and I've still not gotten ready for the day. In just four and one half hours it will be dark again. Maybe I should just go back to bed and try again tomorrow. |

We live in a constitutional republic based on democratic principles and the rule of law. MLK marched on Washington because it was well within his right under the rule of law, not because it was popular. Our democratic principles allow for free and open voting. The rule of law is to insure the outcome does not violate anyone’s rights under the constitution. The challange is to elect people who understand this and govern with individual freedoms always at the forefront. |
Good afternoon all!
I hope Gabbo runs for office in 2008 :D |
